PICK UP ONLY.  Pre-owned, show some wear, come as shown.  "Tile" floor sticker on blue house has bubbles, it is thick and may be able to be lifted carefully and repositioned (will leave this for buyer).   Railing on blue house patio has one spot where a vertical piece is bent and top of railing chewed/scratched, scratch on roof of blue house.  All of these conditions are shown in up-close photos.  No accessories included.
